Like most websites, this application uses cookies, which are small text files created and stored by the visited websites, to memorise the browsing information, such as browsing preferences.

Other cookies are needed for the application to work correctly, the so-called ‘Technical Cookies’, and without them certain functions would be impossible. The Holder processes the users’ personal data adopting the most suitable security measures to prevent access, disclosure, alternation or destruction of the personal data by unauthorized parties.

The data are processed by computerised and/or telematic methods, with organization and logics strictly correlated to the aforesaid purposes. Furthermore in certain cases, apart from the Holder, categories of people could have access to the data who are involved in the site organization (administration, commercial, marketing, legal staff, system administrators), or outside parties (such as technical service providers, couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) who are appointed when necessary as data processing managers by the holder. The updated list of these managers can be requested from the Holder at any time.

System log and maintenance

For operations and maintenance requirements, this application and any third party services it uses, could collect system logs, which are files that record the interactions and which may contain personal data, such as the user’s IP address.

Exercising the user’s right

The parties the personal data refer to have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the data with the Holder, to learn the contents and origins, to check the accuracy, to ask for the integration, deletion, update or amendment to the data, have the personal data transformed into anonymous form, to block personal data that are processed in violation of law and to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing. All requests must be sent to the Data Processing Holder.

This application does not support the “Do Not Track” requests. To learn whether any of the third party services use them, consult their privacy policies.

Amendments to this privacy policy

The Data Processing Holder reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time, and they will be published on this page, therefore consult this page frequently, referring to the last change date indicated at the bottom. If the user does not accept the changes that have been made to the privacy policy, they should cease using this application and request the Holder to remove their personal data. Unless specified otherwise, the previous privacy policy will continue to be applied to the personal data collected up to that moment.
